steering wheel spoke scratches

It's my first post in this forum,normally just reading throught posts i can find what i need from more experimented owner
now i 'd like to fix something ,but i don't find anything in the forum about this ,steering wheel spokes scratches,
the previous owner certainely used rings to cause that
Where can i find original film or tape to cover this spokes ? any help will be appreciated

You can buy the spoke covers have seen them online cannot remember where i think you can also get them from the Stealers
 
I know i can buy them from the dealer but if i can just replace the tape i'd save a lot
any idea where i can fine this tape/film.

The spokes are not film or tape covered but are various shades of silvered or black plastic.

I guess if you wanted to wrap them simply remove and wrap in any vinyl that you can find on ebay which others on here have done.

I have used a felt tip pen matching the colour of the spokes, the scratches were small but a couple of passes with the pen and they have virtually dissapeared.
