Perforated leather sides. Smooth leather top and bottom with tri M colour stitching. M colour top marker. Not been used so like new.

No it’s been done by a company. Not sure anyone could do a home diy job with this sort of detail

Looks like an AliExpress leather cover that’s been stitched on, not a bad job though 8)
