Steering Wheel - Can you get replacement spokes?

Hi all - a question.

I've got the M-Sport steering wheel, but whilst the leather is in good condition, the spokes themselves have become a little worn and one is scratched. I'm considering getting a whole new wheel with the multi-function buttons etc - at £220 (I remember an older thread on this) its good value.

However, if I can just get new spokes, then that would be a better bet.

Any ideas?
 
I've seen the spokes for sale on eBay, here in the US. Look for a steering wheel spoke trim set/kit. I've seen aluminum (hey, I'm American, I don't know from aluminium! ;)), wood, and multifunction kits for sale.
 
Hey - I've seen the multi-function kits, its what I would like to do, but they're more expensive than a new wheel with the kit included!
