Steering noise

Hi everyone. I have a steering noise, only recently started getting noisier so brought me to the time to look into.

Usually the wine would come when just moving the car from standing still but now it’s when on the move too but at low speed.

My car is 04’ 3.0 - can anyone advise what the best fixes are for this? How to diagnose and any DIY guides

Mine used to do this, I've just noticed its stopped since i changed the springs and top mounts.
