Steering issue

Hi, I had the RFT tyres changed, but the steering seems to still tramline somewhat, especially when braking after a spurt. Its all over the place, gets a little hard to control.
Any thoughts on the problem and remedy?

Thanks,
Sukhi.

Type alignment into the search box, lots of info...

I'm also suffering the same symptoms, new front tyres waiting to be put on and then an alignment.

Just done lollipops and rear tyres

Check the tyre pressures first and set them to whatever it says on the sticker on the drivers side door.

After that get a Hunter Alignment check done but maybe not at the fitters that are supposedly quick.

The garage will be able to check the suspension and all the bushes while it's up on the ramp.

Thanks for your replies fellas. Much appreciated. Going to replace drop links when weather picks up. Will get Hunter Alignment done then. Will the alignment need to be done again if the bushes/ball joints on the wishbones or top mounts are done?
Rgds,

Yes it will need doing again. It's not a cheap operation, so it's standard practice to check and replace and steering/suspension componentry before a wheel alignment.

Well! That seems to have done the trick. When I got the new tyres, the young lad at the garage apparently overinflated them quite a bit.
2.0 bar front and 2.3 rear now. Car spot on.
