Steering controls

Recently discovered my after market head unit is controlled from the MFSW after all - I found a wire disconnected.

Here's the thing, when the key is in position one the controls work, when I start the engine they don't

Does anyone have any idea what's incorrectly connected?

Usually it's the other way around. MFSW doesn't work in ign pos 1.

I know that's why I'm think the connection is incorrect but I'm no expert.
