So I am getting the dreaded trifecta dash lights on the console:

My Foxwell NT510 showed all wheel speed sensors were fine, but the steering angle sensor (SAS) was not responding at all. When I brought up the real-time display with my son driving the car, it said it was stuck at 1440°.

So how much of a pain-in-the-arse is it to install a new steering wheel angle sensor? I did a little research, and it appears some people had better success with removing it through the firewall?

Thanks

I recently had to replace the SAS. See

I was quoted £80 to replace by Forza which seemed very reasonable and whilst I could have done it I didnt fance being upside down on my back in the car.
Some seem to have knackered brushes and some seem to get by with an in situ clean but as you can see the brushes on mine appeared to be in good nick so it must have been the electronics.

Perfect since
