Something that is really driving me nuts is the condensation on both the inside and outside of my front screen I have tried every combination on the Air con switches and knobs and the only thing that really keeps it totally clear is blasting hot air from the screen vent , all I want to do is have the cabin at a nice 20 degrees without traffic fumes spewing in.
Have I missed something here anyone please help!!

Have you got the vents on recirculation, to keep the traffic fumes out? Very hard to keep the moisture, from your breath, out of the air if so.

If the air con is on there should be no condensation at any time

Check for wet carpets.Check the quarter window aligns with door glass.
My cars dropped back, rain wet carpet behind seat.

Sadly, that’s going to be very hard.

I find the auto mode never works to my taste. Instead I set to manual, the 3 arrows (up, middle, low), aircon on, circulating off, fan at lowest speed, and both temperature dials to 70F (21C). Then I adjust fan speed and temperature as needed.

I live in very mild climate and pleasant weather year around. It’s easy to find cabin happiness.

That's nice Marcoose, It's pi88ing down here and will be all next week by the looks of it. No coffee run today:mad:

If you have Auto Air-Con, then pressing the Auto button sets the system up to direct the air accordingly.
It uses a sensor (the Anti-Fogging Sensor) that is mounted against the windscreen behind the mirror cowl. If the sensor detects moisture on the glass it automatically directs the air flow to the screen. But if this sensor goes faulty then the system doesn't know to do this, and your screen can fog up.
Check for any fault codes to see if this may be the case, if it is then you'll need to replace it (part number 64116928326).

That is very interesting and could quite possibly be the issue, nice one
