The cruiZed started with our 1st stop at the Lackawanna Station in Scranton, PA. Lunch was at their Trax Restaurant. The station is a 100 year old historic building. After lunch we drove a few blocks to the nearby Steamtown USA. We had arranged a guided tour of the shop and the working yard.
We then drove about 30 miles North to Stone Bridge Inn located in the Endless Mountains. It's an upscale B&B with 12 rooms, bath in each room and fireplace. After checking in we had the use of the common room for Happy Hour and then dinner in the dinning room.
Following breakfast Sunday morning we took a few pictures of our Zeds and then drove North to the village of Lanesboro and the Starrucca Viaduct which is over 150 year old and still in daily use. We drove pass the Martins Creek Viaduct, but could not stop because there is no place to park. Continuing south we stopped at the Tunkhannock Viaduct (also known as the Nicholson Bridge) in Nicholson. This viaduct is over 100 years old and over 200 feet high. While we were there a train pass across. We then continued on the Tunkhannock and the Twiggs restaurant. At Twiggs we had made arrangements for a private dining room. We then make our ways home following a late lunch. 5 z3's and 5 Z4's and 19 of us.
