standard headlights??

im wondering if its possible to do any modifications to the original halogen headlights. the ones with the amber section on them. would like to make them clear if you know what i mean

There are lots of how-tos on the website regarding de-tangoing the pre-facelift headlights. Others have also swapped them for facelift headlights (as far as I understand this doesn't require any modifications to bumper or lights) although this can be fairly expensive as its rare to come by a set of clear headlights. The other option is the aftermarket clear angel eye headlights available off of eBay and MStyle which in my opinion look quite good and are reasonable priced. I'm just considering my options but will likely be buying the aftermarket lights.

If you're on halogen bulbs you should be able to swap for a face lift pair of lights

cj10jeeper - one of the forum mods has a great how to guide for Xenons, which also includes a section for installing angel eyes if you're interested.
