In my research, apparently there is a 'heavy' version. I'd like to get to the bottom of this as well.

Reading that gave me a sense of relief that I'm not imagining it and not the only one who wants answers!

My original was 84g and the ZHP I replaced it with was 180g. So a big difference and worth the swap. I've been made aware of this heavier version of the standard knob at 152g but can't establish which knob was fitted to which cars.

Don't want to recommend the ZHP to owners of the heavier version, because they won't see the benefit. At least not the weight... it still looks better, feels better and is shorter.

I've just finished reskinning a M-Tech knob, and like the extra weight.

I'm just not a major fan of the ZHP just because of the shape and the fact that everyone seems to have one. Just me being me.
I almost went for a 'Raceseng' knob as well, but couldn't justify the price. They are lovely.
