Stainless exhaust

If there a preferred choice of exhaust that people have used on their E85 3.0 Roadster? For the auspices of non-road use only, do any of those come with the facility to bypass the cats until such a time as an MOT is required?

I suspect the standard system is quite a hindrance to flow so I'm just looking at what's out there. Standard looking all the way as far as the back box is concerned.
 
Full custom system is the best way to go from what Iv heard with videos etc . Not heard a single one I prefer to mine . Iv got single 2.5” pipe from the bottom of the headers all the way to the back with the middle cats/res removed to a custom short backbox . There’s cats in the down pipes and still passes emissions with these in place .

Where's that from?
 
Any place that does exhausts . Iv got a good one near me ok Scotland but I’m sure there is one not too far from wherever you are . Think I paid less than £400 with a lifetime warranty .

I'm a little reluctant to "just go anywhere", materials and workmanship vary, as does design too, so I was hoping for recommendations rather than just using a generic exhaust fitter.
