Well chuffed today.
Treated the car to a service and tune up at AReeve Perfomance.

Figures pretty good for a car with 70k on the clock.

18% drivetrain losses seems high, that's going to throw a spanner in their calc. The manual and DCT are thought to be around 12%.

What version of the 35i is it?

Did you get a baseline run done without the re-map?

My 35i gave wheel BHP at 345 after stage 1 from Celtic, what torque at the wheels did you get, thats what really matters...

Pre map was 300 and 245 at the wheels
After remap 378 and 312 at the wheels
So increase at engine of 78 and 67 at the wheels, which is about what I would expect from a stage 1 on a completely standard 2009 35i twin turbo engine.
I was hoping for a 20% increase at the wheels at least, so 27% I am very happy with.

Thnx what were the torque figures @rpm before n after ?

Pre map 400nm @ 3400
Afer Map 400nm@ 2600, 480nm @ 3400 and 491.8nm @4400 its highest.

Car certainly feels a lot more fun now and little bit scary on the damp wet roads. I was not after max bhp as the car is never going to perform like my previous Kit Cars, I just wanted a good tune that was safe and mapped on the rolling road, not a box plugin. AReeve are 6 miles down the road from me and specialise in BMW performance cars. They also done a service and Hunter 4 Wheel alignment at the same time, very happy with the service from them and will be using them in the future.
I plan on using this as a fun road car with a few track days and road trips here and there. Its almost perfect for what I want it for now, Just some minor tweaking/mods left.

Wish that I live in the UK. Am going to take the plunge on ECU remap for my 28i . As I live on no mans island there'e no dyno or tuning shop.
Can you gents recommend a good company with a proven remap DME with good tech support to help out with tuning when I collect data logs.
Was asking about Celtic or SA tuning etc but ?????

Thanks a million
