Which one would you choose and why? I am looking for race SS/Eisenmann and RPI. Could you post some videos with good quality so i could somehow compare them? Much appreciated!

This is quite a useful thread on RPI (even if it does end up in dictionary corner :poke: )

Eisenmann, would love to hear one on an M, please :D When I bought mine (non-M) even the guy at the factory in Germany was advising me against the race system - not if I was using it on the motorway. They have some clips on their web site - not sure if they have a Z4M on there? All of the sound clips are of the race system.

A few of the M guys on here have H&S setups, those I have heard and they does sound fantastic... although probably a little too loud for me on a daily driver.

I know it can be difficult, but you really need to hear them in person - I've filmed mine and while it sounds nice (IMO) it's different from how it really sounds. That said, it's better than nothing and how I came to buy mine

I agree with PawnSacrifice, you really should listen to them in person if you can. RPi is just as well made as the others and the cheapest of the three but it is also the loudest by far. It's as close to straight pipes as it gets.

well i believe the Super Sprint Race is the one for me, dont wanna change the character of the car's sound too much , just make it louder , RPI seems to me thats its very different from the original sound.

about Eisenmann dont know...its hard to find here in Greece these cars...

LOL whatever 8)

I notice you chose to cut "those I have heard and they does sound fantastic"... To be honest part of me really wishes I had the louder Eisenmann Race setup. Guess I'm just not that hardcore!

(PS. Andy, the Vreds were great fun last weekend!)

Good stuff matey.. they've finally kicked in

Daily driver = fine.. my lil old lady neighbour said she "likes how mine sounds" as she knows when I'm in. Sweeet.

I pointed at the 2.0 up the street and she said.. "That doesn't sound like yours".

'Nuff said. 8)

hahahaha
i could use a video then to decide...it seems like Eisenmann changes the car's sound too much, so SS is winning at the moment.

I`m with you Ali, nothing at all wrong with the original set up.

My main problem (of many if you spk to the misses) is that i do "change" for "change sake." As you say there's nowt wrong with the oem system, but in the back of my head, it's pushing me to get an Aftermarket system... I'm also looking at big brakes too, why? i do 7miles in traffic a day!!! Pointless, but they look good! lol...Why can't i just be happy!

...Anyway!

i have the eissenmann race, its loudish but not too bad, at full chat it sounds fantastic!! Thinking of selling to return car to standard if anyone is interested

How big is the difference between let's say a Eisenmann Race and RPI??? and is there any drone on race SS and Eisenmann
