Squeeky window

Since buying the car and not tried the passenger window, it makes a hell of a noise running past the plastic outer trim.

Instead of changing it is there any offerings from you guys on how to rectify ?

Does it happen all the time? I only bought my Zed just over a week ago. First day I had it my driver’s window did the same - it was about 35 degrees out. Now it’s cooler out it’s not happened again.

There's nothing stuck between the rubber seal and glass? I guess you could spray something on the window to lube the rubber and see if it stops the noise, at least to be sure it is the window rubber

Thats an idea. Could use some shampoo so that it doesnt smear 1

Try Gummi Pfledge, excellent stuff for rubbers

Dont think its rubbers as just tried to lube them... reckon it the regulator now. Will Take door card of and investigate.

Ah fair enough. Mine squeaked again today - it's been sat in the sun. I don't think I'll do owt with it until it happens all the time
