Squeal during gear change

Hi all,
My car is 3.0si automatic coupe (55k miles), and I've noticed that under hard acceleration, there is a very short squeal when gear changes.
This seems to happen only when I am on "Drive" mode (=full auto), and the gear automatically changes from 5th to 4th, or 4th to 3rd as I am pushing strong on the gas pedal (when there is a maximum of torque that needs to go through the transmission I guess...).
I can't really locate where is the squeal coming from, but I would say it is definitely more on the back of the car, left side rather than up front.
Otherwise, I can't notice any slipping or loss of power transmission.
It is just annoying - for the moment, and makes me think twice before pressing hard on the gas.
Any thoughts?

Can't help specifically but would recommend a transmission fluid change regardless, especially if you're digging around underneath.

Thank you, this will be on my do-list when I will bring her for the annual engine oil change.
I am a bit clueless, but should the differential fluid be replaced too?

Yes you might as well - mine weren't pretty at 60k ish, nothing to worry about, no metal etc. but for the cost I'll be doing it every 30k now. Every little bit of TLC helps.
