Squeaky (front) breaks

Hello all,

I'm a new Z4 Coupe owner: I bought this 3.0si SMG gear box 2007 Z4 version with 12000 km on the ODOmeter 3 months ago: the car is great but I have an issue with the front breaks mainly: when parking the car, the brakes are very noisy and squeaky (kind of metal-metal noise).
No issue with brake efficiency, but I feel uncomfortable because of this noise.

Someone here already faced this kind of noise with front brakes ?

At that kind of mileage there shouldn't be much wear on the pads. If I were you I would remove the pads and apply a thin layer of copper grease between the backs of the pads and the contact surfaces of the caliper, also at the top and bottom edge of the pads where they locate into the caliper. Not on the fiction surfaces obviously! This usualy does the trick.
