My engine wasn't exactly dirty but I thought I would give it a bit of a scrub up in some hard to reach areas using a couple of small brushes, always feel better for making a difference :)

No dressing as such, just a bit of wd40 on a clean microfibre cloth leaves the black plastics looking better.
Even though the engine is not seen with the bonnet shut, it makes me happy to have cleaned it up.i use muc off on the mucky bits :thumbsup:

 
Yes I've used WD before, works nicely but does smell a bit when the engine gets hot.
