squeak from seat back and wind deflector - help

My car has been squeak free to date.

Suddenly the drivers seat back and deflector have decided to make a noise on anything other than motorways.

I know some of you are real squeak busters so any ideas as what to do.

Mine is due to having my seat pushed as far back as it will go but you must have looked into this cause already never had a noise from wind deflector as i took the horrid thing of

I just stuffed a small piece of Velcro in the seat deflector section behind the seat headrest and this seems to have quietened the rattles, but I only get it on certain surfaces though...mostly concrete
