Springs, too good to be true?

First post on here, Hi everyone :)

Just shopping about for springs for my 3.0 E85, and came across these...

http://www.carparts-tuning.co.uk/en/Suspension-Tuning/Lowering-springs/Lowering-springs-High-Tec-fit-for-BMW-Z4-Z85.html

I can't seem to find what engine these are designed for? £43.79 seems too cheap.

The eibach's on that site are only £150 anyways, think I might just go with them, tried and tested...

The expensive... same thing on Amazon was £27 :poke:

I got my eibachs on that site, 2 days from germany by DHL for £154 inc postage

i have those fk springs, although i paid £26 through amazon for them.

they are quite firm although the standard suspension wasn't exactly soft

they do lower the car quite a bit more than eibachs though.

26 quid for a set of lowering springs??? Whats the catch??

FK are owned by kw i think??? so id expect decent stuff!!!

It'll be interesting to see how long those springs last, although at that price you could buy another few sets and still be in pocket :D

Couldn't lower mine any more though. I can barely get out my drive as it is! :headbang:

I bought the same springs direct from FK for £25 delivered when they were on special offer, fitted easily and in mine & the missus opinion have improved the handling. Have to be careful over speed humps though!
