Couple of snaps from up the lakes today, just looked a nice shot when I pulled over to take one of the Car
Camera phone sadly, I really need to get my DSLR fixed
Why when driving a company vehicle does the lakes look different lol, Tom those pics are fantastic, I'm not far from you just north of the border (formally Carlisle) however I work in your area but forget to appreciate the pure beauty of the area
Heres a couple from a lambing feature I just shot. I went later on in the day, was beautiful light and they were all sleeping! Very skitish and mum sheep were very nervous. So I was lying down comando style shimmying slowly toward them
Canon 5DMKIII with a 70-200mm F2.8 and 2x extender.
BTW My new website is up and running so take a look!!!

Took these today at 3 sisters sprint track not far away from me, they were all taken on a borrowed (with a view to buy) nikkor 70-300mm lens, I went here to take pics of cars or bikes on the track but there was nothing out today lol, i also knew there was a lake here and hide with bird feeders hanging infront of it to test the lens on its wildlife capabilities too. Its the first time ive used this lens and i made a few mistakes and have learned a lot from today, biggest thing being theres no need to use ISO 2000 to make the exposure right, just shoot underexposed and lighten in photoshop later to avoid excessive noise!
