Yup, I'd suggest heading to a garage that understand, or at least show them the extract from NewTIS I posted.
Just noticed that it is Sytner! No surprise there then. Be interesting to show them the extract from what is, in effect, their own workshop manual. :rofl:
 
if some one could post a picture of there's, or do I just go by TIS guide....which shows my right top spring needs to he flush against the stop. So that one is wrong.

Go by TIS. Get the tops flush and if you are using the old rubber seats you should see the marks to align the bottoms to where the old ones were.
 
Cheers. Unfortunately I put new rubber pads in when they were installed. I will certainly get the driver side top flush(check passenger side). I do remember the springs looking sitting similar at the bottom before shock change.
