Spring rate coilover suggestions

Hello, new here and am adding some goodies. Looking to order TcKline coilovers, single adjustable. What are the suggested spring rates for street use only. This car will not be tracked, I was thinking front 400, rear 500. In research I see OEM is variable. We have smooth roads with very few potholes. I did leave a note with TC on the order and followed up with a call, I’ll follow-up if 400/500 is not correct .

Im currently running 300 front and 450 rear on a set of coil-overs and on road they are perfect.

For a follow-up. TC Kline suggested and built the coilovers to 400/400. Post install and alignment the car feels great. I can't reiterate how important a good alignment is, the car feels night and day difference.
