Spraying new headlight washer.

Just bought a 2003 3.0i Z4, the previous owner had just replaced one of the headlight washers, unfortunately its currently black and doesn't match the rest of the car, as its silver. So I need to spray it, How do I find out what type of silver it is, I went to halfords and their were two types of BMW silver, Arctic and titanium? and what's the best way to go about doing this?
The previous owner, did suggest that I pull it up and then clamp it, cover the rest of the car then spray it.. but I really don't want to risk getting spray on other parts of the car. Is it simple to remove? so I can spray it then put it back?

The top cover clips in to place but care is needed as the diamond shaped part it fits on to is a bit delicate (hence all the covers and diamond bits breaking off when they get frozen to the bumper in winter). Best to get someone to activate the washer, grab it when it pops up and clamp it. Unclipped the plastic top, primer, colour coat and top coat - job done :thumbsup:

I could say I stripped mine down especially to get pics for you but I replaced my broken unit and missing top last year :)
