Hah!
I went to that dealer to look at what was advertised as a mint condition silver Z3 with hardtop for a friend who was in the market for one back in March.
Spoke to the guy on the phone, "oh yeah mate, absolutley immaculate, best you'll see, full BMW history, stacks of receipts...."
Turned up to find it was in fact a mouldy shed with partial SH from various railway arches, a lethal looking amplifier install and a receipt hidden under the boot carpet dated 2 weeks prior telling the owner that the fix they had done was only temporary and that the oil pressure was still low.
Clearly an auction special. On confronting the salesman he just shrugged and turned his back on me before bolting behind the smoked glass.
How pleased am I to see that very same snotter in the background of these photos?
