Spouse Visa Question.

Hello I am going to marry my Vietnamese girlfriend this year and I have looked up the spouse visa process which has made me have less almost no faith in the Home Office. (With all the horror stories on forums, YouTube and even the news.)

I am currently covering a maternity leave for a 12 month contract and I earning 20k which is within the requirement and I just waiting to have 6 months’ worth of payslips.

My question is because the contract is a fix-term contract does that mean that my application will be rejected by the home office?
