I've only ever driven the ring in a car with a cage, so always wore a helmet.

I see what you're saying about how it can change your driving, but I don't see the point in taking the risk. Especially when you think about the kind of accident it's possible to have there. Just look at that Nurburgring edition VXR crash video that's doing the rounds. I wouldn't have liked to have that accident whilst driving a soft top + no helmet.

I'm off to do the bookatrack day in a couple of weeks! Can't wait :driving:
 
Black 08 M roadster - parked in the OK diner on the A38 last night. all those corvettes made mine look and sound quiet small :lol:
 
Black 06 coupe on Southwell road Mansfield, traffic lights, Widdicombe Fair pub 9.15pm Friday.
You gave me a stare as I stared at you. I was in wifes blue Fiesta.
I'm warming to the coupe look.
 
A light blue Zed behind me in Gorey, Wexford, Ireland on Friday evening. Really rare to have two of us end to end on the road. Did not get to see the reg to see if they were on Irish or UK plates.
 
Woo Hoo! Got my first flash and a wave today - don't suppose anyone on here has a Sterling Coupe and was driving through Ilkley on Sunday morning? (If so the National meet was in the other direction - you should have turned around and followed!)

Not quite a member yet, but went to see a few guys to get some info on corvettes, looking for a C6 to replace the M possibly. Really nice guys and the even let me drive two of the models i was interested in, lovely cars, but very different to the M.

I've seen it parked in Beaconsfield old town quite frequently, usually outside the Saracen's Head.

Did you see why the police had closed London End (main A40 through the old town) on Saturday afternoon? I was stuck in the consequent traffic.
 
I think I spotted a black Z4M Coupe this evening on the M69. You were travelling North towards Leicester, I was going the opposite way.

I stopped off for some lunch at the Saracen's Head as it goes, as I was on my way back from Black Boots having put new tyres on the GF's 125i. When I left there wasn't any Police presence, so no idea about the traffic - sorry.
 
3 Coupes spotted this evening!
Interlagos blue Coupe, a 56, turning left at a roundabout in Maidenhead this evening. Went past me at the junction as I was about to turn right. Bloke driving it.
A black Coupe driven by a guy turning left on another roundabout in Maidenhead, getting onto the A404. I was about to turn right on the roundabout.
Another black Coupe elsewhere in Maidenhead - sorry couldn't remember anything, was just excited to see 3 Zeds in about 10 mins, after being so very happy being in the company of the Z4 cult in Kendal on Sunday :)
 
2 Coupes and a Roadster. Monday 05 July 10

Blue 07 Coupe parked up in Yarm highstreet about 3:00pm.
Black Coupe going passed Preston Park about 4:30pm

06 Black Roadster (with the roof up) going North on the M6 near Carlisle about 6:30pm.

No stubbies so probably not on here :poke:
