About 2 months ago filling my old car at petrol station met Scotland rugby full back Chris Patterson in his 3.0si Coupe too
The man has taste!

And that F40 - someone on PH posted a pic of it spotted out and about on a wet rainy night around Sighthill (I think). Good to see one being used in less than ideal conditions...

Count me in as another MC owner in Glasgow!
Only ever seen one other and that was around the southside but i couldnt get near - think it was a blue one.
Im in a silver one which glints in that warm scottish sunshine so well

While cycling to catch my train home this evening around the clapham junction area, I spotted sixspeed's car going the other way...

now I've seen it in pictures before but that doesn't prepare you for how it is in on the road - two words - just awesome! I got so confused after seeing it I missed my turning and got myself lost :?

Top job sixspeed - looks great and your number plate is just so cool 8)

Actually rings a bell that i've seen a silver one in the southside, must be you. I think in the vicinity of sinclair drive and the Vicki?

Hey! Was picking it up from BMW Park Lane and on my way home! Thanks for the comments... oh, and sorry you got lost! :P

Live in the Mearns, used to live in Langside so always jetting about somewhere in the area. Car's not been out too much yet this year but will be soon so probably see you around.

I also saw a Red Z4MC at J27 M62, probably the same one!

Red is normally my least favourite colour for any car, but I love it on Z4C's!

Were you on Penistone Road near the football ground around 11am on Saturday?
I was on the other side of the road but wasn't in my Z as i'd just dropped it off at Fade N Shade.
Sure it was you, car was looking very, very nice

PS. We should have a 'spotted' section! :poke:

Hi Lucy - yep I was, on my way into Hillsborough.

Thanks for your kind comments!

Glad you didn't catch me mid sing though (was having a right old singalong to the new Prodigy album with the windows down :D )

Doesn't look as nice close up at the minute (needs a good clean!!)

Agree with spotted section - would be good!

Oh my god i have had the new Prodigy album on non stop since the day it came out! :D I love them, i went to see them live at Carling Academy in Sheffield a couple of months ago it was amazing (even though i got a dislocated jaw at the front of the moshpit, but that didn't stop me  )

I noticed the window down, looking very cool in your shades i believe 8)

You should see the state of mine right now it looks brown not black!

I was at the gig too - fantastic wasn't it!! You really got a dislocated jaw? Crikey! I was stood at the back near the bar with the rest of the oldies although my mrs came bouncing back like zebeddee on acid after half hour moshing away herself in the middle! I just bounced around at the edge.

Debating whether to go to the arena next month and see em again. I hate Sheffield arena (crap sound quality) but may give it a shot with it being them. The albums fantastic - I love it. I've not been a fan of them for years to be honest, but the new album has won me over and blown me away as they've gone back to their original sound.

As an old fan from back in the rave scene day (late 80's early 90's) I loved Charlie, Out of Space, Your love etc. My mate actually danced on stage with them at the Hacienda waaaaaay back in 1990/91. :D I loved it when all the new tunes came on though with the old rave samples - was bouncing all over the place myself

Ah memories. And reminiscing. Only thing I'm good at these days. Ha ha.

Haha, small world! Although aren't you a bit old for gigs?! :P :D

Yeah it's true, it was as soon as the first song came on (worlds on fire i believe - my favourite from the new album) as soon as the song started going everyone started throwing themselves around but the guy near me got a bit giddy and elbowed me in the face by accident, which dislocated my jaw! I carried on at the front of the moshpit until the end of the concert though! (i can at my age :poke: ) It really was amazing.

I was also debating seeing them at the arena but i just don't think it will be the same atmosphere as an intimate gig like at the academy. Being only 21 i was only a baby when you were raving to them at my age

Ya cheeky.........! :D . I'm gigtastic me. Go to loads. Went through a phase a few years ago of going to one or two a week. Actually saw the Arctic Monkeys in Birdwell working mens club in 2005, and know Jon McClure from Reverend & The Makers, so was into all that Sheffield 'scene' over recent years. Also, the academy was my old stumbling ground when it was Roxy's - was actually on telly there 5th November 1988 on the hitman and her. Ha ha.

Ouch - that sounds painful - credit for carrying on though!!

Yeah arena won't be as good thats for sure. Although I once thought the same about Faithless (my fave live band EVER!) but have seen them at Manc Arena twice and they've been up there with the best gigs I've been to.

I'm just happy the Old Skool original rave stuff is kicking back in and loads of gigs and stuff coming up this year. My mate was the MC in Altern8 and they're now back DJ'ing - they're playing the Harley on Saturday night so I'm off there. 37 going on 18 me. Still. Not on a Sunday though. 37 going on 73 more like. Its a longer recovery process thats for sure!

God reading that back I sound like a reight old fart trying to act young.

Ha ha

All us old men love Michaela Strachan!
5 mins dancing behind her in her lycra shorts. Oh yes.

I was 17. It was brilliant.

I was on the showing out dancing competition. Took me 10yrs before I could face watching it through embarrassment! Really really funny now
