Oh, ok, before you all jump in and point out the hideous B-Max… I see it, I see it!!

Grand C-Max  Also hideous to be fair. Just suck it up and buy an S-Max and have a proper car.

I think the silver Rav 4 is a hideous Ford Ecospit crossover that's displaying its off-roader pretentions by wearing its spare wheel externally. I can't quite see what is the black (?Kia) with the taxi plate, but I don't think that's a Rav 4 either :P

Kia Niro second generation I think.

Indeed, I saw one on the motorway today and the shape of the diffuser cutaways around the bumper reflectors is quite distinctive. It’s surprising how much downforce a taxi needs to negotiate rush hour traffic :D

Lambo is soooo common, right? Yesterday in London, close to Tower Bridge

I think it's a Nissan Micra that's attending a fancy dress party dressed as John Thaw
Seen a few of those weird Micra 'rebodies' for sale at auction. They fetch really good money......around £25 for a good one.

I saw my first Lotus Emira in the wild the other day. It drove past my house, but obviously I didn't get a picture. Looked awesome and I want one. :x

Not so much spotted as purchased… so proud of my 20yo daughter, she’s sourced and purchased herself this 2014 116i 1 series (E87) locally. Big step up from her Seat Mii 1.0 3-pot. That’s my girl!! (All her own earned money too)

Congratulations to your daughter.

I was 49 when I got my E87!

Congrats to her. I know the feeling as we travelled down to Lincoln Audi in January for my daughter to collect her "dream car" 2021 Q3 sportback, sourced and purchased by herself, also :)

Spotted something unusual but familiar in the car park of last night's Smith n Sniff live show, gorgeous curvy body. Glanced inside and noticed the BMW steering wheel, and yes it's a rebodied Z3. Turns out it's not just rebodied, it's also converted to EV.

Better picture on Instagram than I took. Different picture, from the front

Had the joy of following it out of Manchester for a few miles afterwards by happenstance and it's as nippy off the line as you'd expect. It was a struggle to keep up off the line (to the speed limit - we were both sensible) in the 3.0si, but enjoyable.

As I've noticed at previous live shows, it's an eclectic mix of cars in the car park for these events. Highlights I can remember: Panda 100hp, many Porsche's (fave was I think a 997 with a factory looking Wang), EV Z3, RX-7, Vauxhall VXR8.

There’s something unmistakable about the Z3 doors - zoom in on the midsection of the car in the second photograph and it couldn’t be anything else…

BigAndra that’s a great looker! We’ve come to Japan and there’s still an abundance of Kei cars despite the rise in EV…
