Finally, finally, a decent day so out and about with Mrs J and the Z'd today - and, and, came upon a Silver Z8 - keen to catch up and take a closer look I managed to get behind it - it's a mighty fine beast - fluid and dynamic styling - took a punt passed it on a bit of dual carriage way and gave the guy a big thumbs up and got a flash of the lights in return!. Don't suppose I'll see another for a while :)

Z8's, so pretty indeed! Went to the BCE BMW Meeting in Switzerland a few weeks ago, did a tour of the Alps incl a number of passes. 8 cars per group, had 3 Z8's in mine... a beautiful day :)

Me like

Z8 is a lovely car especially in black and i remember seeing one at Brands when they first came out i loved it but i would not swap my Z4 for one as i think my car is better looking a different sort of look but i would choose mine unless i could have both :D

Started to build 12/98 for Europe and 01/99 for America. Sold as 2000 to 2003 models for a total of 5,145 built + An Alpina version in 2003 (555 built).

Gorgeous but *pricey*. Dealer had one in the showroom when I bought my 325 Ci in 2003. I sure would have loved to take it home, though. 8)
