Spotted - 3rd April 2021 onwards

Just a query, keep seeing a group of Z4s and and a Z3m (modified) around Telford Newport way. Sometimes they meet on Asda Donnington.

Is it any of you on here?

Got a west country z3 z4 group, associated with Zedshed South Wales, often going to various meets.

Theres plenty of zeds around here but I've still not been spotted on this thread!

Shared a wave twice this weekend with a sterling grey e85 around the Frenchay area of Bristol. Not sure if it was the same gentleman 🤔
 
Blue E85 or E86 in Crawley this morning. Saw it late so not sure on model.

Then thought I saw a red E85 between Crawley and Horsham on the other side of the road.

White E89 for sale in Southwater.

X2 Black E85s in Southwater. Both parked up, seen one before.

Not bad spotting for one day!
 
Absolute stunning Phoenix Yellow coupe passed me on Saturday morning on Sudbury Court Road. Pretty sure I got a glimpse of two tone seating too!
Got a proper wave from the driver, which was nice….
 
Fantastic wave from a red E85 on the A75 between Castle Douglas and Dumfries on Thursday afternoon (1st) about half two. We both had hoods down and hands aloft. Cheers! :thumbsup:

Saw a black one about 10 minutes later on the same road but their hood was up and there wasnt a wave. :|
 
What's the etiquette for waving between E86's and other Z4s? Obvs other E86s get a wave (rare), but I'm always less sure whether to reach out to E85 owners or those driving normal modern cars (later Z4s)? And it can be harder to spot the later Z4s - if you only see the front and the roof's up you can miss em at a glance.

The majority of E85 owners will keep their heads down. Too embarrassing to be associated with roadster owners with a welded on roof. :poke: :rofl:
 
I'll flash/wave to any Z4 owner, even to Z3s. Might make an exception for enuff_zed though! :P

My only problem is I can't always recognise a G29 travelling towards me as they don't seem to stand out form other BMW models quite as much.

Titan silver and sterling grey E85’s parked up on either side of the road in Newcastle. Rather not say exactly where as outside their home. Both looking good :thumbsup:
 
Passed a near identical montego blue facelift E85 (but with champagne interior) today around lunchtime on Walisdown Road, Bournemouth just near the uni.

Was trying to keep up with a Porsche on the way to Godalming, and a fairly slow G29 (HX22...) pulled out between us... followed them past Godalming and got a lovely wave from a silver (?) E85 (?) in Peasmarsh.
 
My best one yet!

I was making progress on the A404 around 8.45 this morning and came up behind a Silver Grey Coupe, flashed my headlights and got a flash of hazards in return, then exchanged a thumbs-up as I went past. :D

When I got to Bicester I had a walk around the car park and sure enough it was there, but sadly the owner wasn't so if you are on here sorry I missed you.
 
Grey E85 around Troon a few times recently not sure if it's someone on holiday or a new owner in the area
