I notice that as well. When I had my R32 there was always acknowledgement. It’s like most Zed owners think it’s just a car”.

Z4's are few and far between these days and I'm usually driving one of the other cars.

I would acknowledge another E85 or a Hatchback.

E89? No.
The new G29 thing? No.
Why would you not acknowledge an E89?
Is it an inferior complex 😳

There's only one Z4 and that's the E85. E86 at a push and the rear windscreen on the hatchback has a heater if you need to push it!

They killed it with the E89.

Have you owned both?

Not interested in the E89 in any way at all. The shape of it. The interior. Roof up or down it's just a bit hideous.

Couldn't live with it.

It could be the greatest car ever made but it's not for me.

Fair enough, I’ve owned both as many others have, so can see the benefits of both cars.
There’s pluses and minuses with both.
All comes down to what floats yer boat 😀
If you don’t like how it looks, then it’s probably not for you.

3 Series in drag sort of thing.

I thought similar of a new TT I saw today. Just another Audi. Nothing remotely special about it.
