At 120mph, i'd consider not looking for the spider...

.. i'd be thinking that it's maybe time to put my sandwich down.

How am I supposed to file my nails or put my make up on at that speed? :D

Best thing to do is wait until you stop at a petrol station and there is someone behind you. Go and pay, return to the car and then do those things. We guys love this. It makes us so happy. - :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Yeah. Good job that this forum isn't full of useless rubbish like broken hood motors, sat-nav retrofit and alike!

Oh I'm not scared of the little bugger, I'm just sick of it making a web across the mirror.
Actually it must be a girl and making webs on the mirror so it can sit and preen in the reflection!

Some of you might not believe this. For a living I do lots of travelling to various horrible countries. Just back from Kenya. Out in the sticks with some clients. Packed up my kit in a hurry to depart as poachers were spotted 16km north east of our location. Got home this morning. Stashed my grip bag in the 993 as like an idiot I forgot my keys so had to go to the mrs work to get her bunch. I got back to find a bloody great Wind Scorpion (aka camel spiders) sitting on the rear parcel shelf. When I opened the door it flew (these things are called wind/shadow scorpions for a reason) under the passenger seat and has since done a vanishing act in the depths of my interior!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not happy. Have to find this thing quick or get the car fumigated by a pro to kill it. These things pack a very nasty bite and grow to the size of small plates. Don't really want the interior fumigated as it will make it stink for ages. Taking seats and carpet out tomoz to find it. See below for a pic of what these things look like. Only thing I can think of is it snuck into my nice dark warm North Face grip bag when I was packing up, and crawled out of a small bit of open zip that was there when I dumped the bags.

At least they like Porsches!
