Speeding...

I recently got nicked for doing 41 in a 30 zone. I took the offered option of a speed awareness course (£95) instead of £100 fine and 3 points.

Apparently the limit for this option is 42mph (and a clean licence) so I only just made it. It has made me more aware of my speed at all times.

Exactly as me, and yes the course does make one more vigilant in a 30. Unluckily my Z4 has no cruise control, where as on my other cars I set it in a 30 and one does not have to keep looking at the speedo, one can look at the road...

More paranoid I reckon. :(

I was a skeptic about the course, but it was good; I am more vigilant in 30 zones not paranoid. Outside of danger areas and on an open road I have a different ethos.

What's happening with so many sensitive people on this site of late? Too many arguments and digs.....when you post on here, be ready to be challenged and questioned. I've had enough of it in my time with a crusty old c&nt on here....I hope he's dead by the way
