Reminded me of these from a few years ago. Would love to attach these to the back on my Zee and cane it up the M11

4-foot-long Mylar missile shaped balloons that you fill with helium and tie to your car.

What'd happen if an accident was caused by swerving to avoid these 'holes'? Surely whoever fitted them is liable for putting an obstruction (fake or otherwise) in the road?
