Speed camera m11 to a11

Driving home to Norwich from Chelmsford hospital last night noticed a speed camera as you come on the a11 from the m11, being knackered and being a daily drive after work unfortunately at the moment, I may have been going over the speed limit. Does anyone know if this camera is operational? Think it's the only one on this road too.
Can't be bothered with speeding fines at the moment being the last thing on my mind.
 
No idea, bit of a funny place to have one really as the limit doesnt change. I have always remembered it so far and make sure I'm doing the limit or under.

I know it's a really bloody sneaky one, just after you come on to it. It's the only one as well. Having to go down to my mum in the burns unit in Chelmsford every day on the way home your mind wanders, plus when your trying to dodge the lorries and crap drivers you have to put your foot down to get out of the way. But suppose at the end of the day it's my foot and my fault. Fingers crossed, although quite insignificant at the moment. :thumbsdown:
