Speed Camera Detector Android App?

How do you 'detect' a speed camera.......? Radar gun yes, but nothing else gives out detectable readings, including laser (because its such a narrow beam)...?
Well, there's always the Mark 1 eyeball!
Actually laser is detectable (my Valentine-1 has laser detection), but you get so little warning that you don't really have much opportunity to reduce your speed, unless you are lucky enough to get some scatter from other vehicles.
