Speed Bumps

The council is proposing to put speed bumps on the only exit road from our estate of abput 200 houses.
They would be on a steep hill (out) which they cannot be gritted due costs and I'm also concerned that the Zed will catch on the front spoiler.

Has anybody conducted any sort of campaign to prevent the installation of these things?
 
Living in Birmingham I encounter all kinds of speed bumps, I've never had the Zed catch on anything (18" OEM wheels and standard suspension). Not sure what you're running.

you could try putting in a complaint to your local council or an online petition at http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/

Yes 18's and the m sports susppension.

They are talking of 75mm speed tables to keep the bus company happy and 100mm humps for the rest af the section.
I read one spec which quotes the Z as having clearance off 110mm.

Not a lot to spare! :thumbsdown:
