Delivery time is 12 days but it is coming direct from Munich so probably not many in the UK then

that is part of the hardtop if you do buy one should come with that

As Navid says, the spoiler comes (fitted) with the hard top. I think this would be as a replacement part if the spoiler was ever damaged...
