Sparkplugs ?

I have an 03 Honda Van with 303000 KMs on the clock
I've had it for 15 years and it still runs fine.
It still has the original spark plugs.

The 08 E85 3.0 SI with just over 70000 kms is snug in the garage waiting for a break in the weather or spring, which ever comes first.
I'm not even sure what the recommendation is for changing the spark plugs, but after a couple of You Tube vids I was looking for an excuse to log in some garage time.

Looks like my choices are :
Bosch FR7NPP332
NGK PLZFR6A11S

Some questions
How often do you change the spark plugs ?
Is there an upgrade ?

Inspection 2 is the scheduled plug change point.

I wouldn't like to try taking the plugs out the Honda.
In for that long theres a big risk of the plug being seized in.
