P patriot66 Lifer Southport, Merseyside Jul 10, 2018 #3 I've got mine at 25Nm with no issues but I believe BMW say 30Nm. Expensive iridium/unobtanium spark plugs last longer but don't perform better so I use Bosch Super Plus and fit new every year. About £30 for 6 on Ebay
