spark plugs and roker cover

has any body used bosch super four spark plugs are they any good in a 3 litre z4 also im thinking of taking the rocker cover off to clean inside it small as there is small amounts of condesation gunge in there is it an easy job?

Your Z should have the +fours all ready installed. Mine did.
