Spark plug help needed

I am in the process of changing the spark plugs on my 2012 28i N20, but I can't access the last spark plug (one closest to the windscreen). Can anyone tell me what they use to change it?

Sorry if this has been covered, I've searched but can't find anything for the e89

Jumping on the back of this post, when do the plugs need changing?
Had my 2014 20i serviced this week at the local specialist and they noted that the next service will require plugs and an air filter. Thought I might do them myself and maybe save a few £s
They also noted that the Vehicle check service is due next time, what is this and is it likely to be expensive?

Every 60k on the n20.

Yeah every 60k. I've hit 50k and wanted to do them a little early. I think the vehicle check service is just a thorough look over the car, fluids etc but someone might correct me on that. Dealer will probably charge a lot...my local one said every service was minimum £400 plus vat regardless of what they did so I found a good local garage
