Spare headlight parts

I spent this morning cutting open my donor E85 facelift headlights and (will) have the Orange hockey sticks, black inner light, rear covers and internal halogen parts surplus. Not sure if they are worth anything but happy to let people have them for a forum donation and just pay me for postage. Not sure if the lights worked, although they were advertised as working.
 
When you say rear covers do you mean the whole back of the light or just the cover hatch? I took mine out today and have some cracking to the rear of the light unit. :thumbsdown:

I basically cut the clear front lense off the rear but had to butcher the back of the light slightly to do this so it wouldn't be usable. Everything else is there, internal wiring etc, hatch.
 
Coul you post pics of the rear of the unit please so I can see if I cam cut a few parts off to fabricate a repair?

If it doesn't work out I also have a butchered light you could have a look at, although the back is mostly intact as I destroyed the lens to gain access :evil:
 
Great stuff- the body shop are going to rebuild the rear but u need a donation rear to let them cut section off to fit- will post pics to show what I mean. Thanks for all the help- both these lights sound ideal!

Sorry for the late reply, yep the black inners are still available. The only issue with them is some of the silver ring that surrounds the actual light has flaked off. The actual black inners themselves are fine.
 
The screw for manual vertical adjustment is apparently broken on my left headlight (xenon).
It cannot be adjusted anymore (screw and plastic gear below are turning free).
Do you think you could help me with spares? :o
 
I will take the passenger rear plastics- dont need the inners. Thanks- how do you want to sort postage?

Hi, if you PM me your address I will post out to you. Hopefully it will be useable, I had to cut it along the line where it meets the front lense? I will post it and then if I PM you my PayPal address you could pay me for the postage, although I don't think it should be much.
