In the last fortnight, I've been told by the American Institute of Chartered Personal Accountants that I'm being investigated for tax fraud and could I "please download the attached PDF file".....had a mail from Intuit Payment Networks to advise that the employee payroll of $9,991.93 will be deducted from my account on July 17th and that I should "download the attached spreadsheet file for details"...oh and one from American Airlines to say my order has been processed and that I should "download the attached file for details of my Preferred Seat".

Where are all the bloody Nigerians when you need a bit of spare cash??? :( :( :(

I keep getting hotel booking reservations, their computers cannot be that bright, as the first one I saw i nearly clicked on as I had booked a hotel, then a second one came in, then a third, then a ................. now i get them daily,
 
My email is broken and is soon to be restricted. I have a DHL package awaiting me validating my address. My Windows 7 is corrupt. My Paypal account is restricted.

It's becoming a long tough week, but thankfully all these kind email offer to help me :)

Has anyone had the phone call saying your computer has a virus, and if you'd like to follow their instructions to allow them to connect? Too fecking lazy to even write their own malware :headbang:

You're all laughing, but I'm not. My Barclay's online account has just been hacked. I'm really concerned about it - mostly because I didn't even remember having a Barclays account :roll:
