Spacesaver / single alloy and tyre

Someone recently drove into me and made off, I'm hopeful it's just a case of a new wing and bumper and a wheel and tyre but before I start spending money on parts I need to get it up on a ramp and check there's no structural damage.

So, does anyone have a spacesaver (17" needed I believe) or a single 18' wheel and tyre?

Cheers!

BUM news :( best adding your location , i have tyred up wheel you are welcome to use for however long but i'm in Lancs

I know mate I'm absolutely gutted. Wouldn't have been as bad if I was in my daily but typically it had to be the Z4!

I'm in South Yorkshire.

Surprised to see 17" spacesavers are around £100 now!

I have a 16’’ space saver your welcome to borrow, (my z in hibernation).
I’m not too far from Sheffield.

That would be great if it'll fit, I was under the impression a 17" was needed? E85 3.0i here.

Mine is a 2:2i SE standard suspension, maybe Mr Wilkes would know if it would fit your car ?
You’d be welcome to try it and bring it back if it didn’t go over your discs.

From the informative wheel and tyre sticky:

A side note, but fully related is that the pre facelift 3.0i models will happily take a 16” alloy wheel. There is no caliper clearance issue. Now while it’s not normal to run a 16” wheel it may be something you’re doing with a spare set over the winter for example. If you’re on a facelift 3.0si then it will not work, the smallest you can go here is a 17” alloy due to the larger caliper and disc set up.

So might be in luck?

When would be a convenient time to collect Grumpy? :)
