When I bought my 'new' zed, it was fitted with 10mm spacers at the front, and what look like 20mm at the rear. It also came with a pair of 15mm spacers that the previous owner had removed from the front, as he thought they were too big. I've not got any previous experience of spacers, and never been interested in them, so your comments/input would be interesting.
I found the steering feel to be pretty lousy and overall the car to be nowhere near as planted as my previous zed. So I've now removed the front spacers and the steering feel is transformed. As such, I've no inclination to refit any spacers to the front.
But what about the rear? I've not driven the car far enough or hard enough to identify any issues with the 20mm spacers fitted but, with 15mm and 10mm available, what do I do? It looks good, but is it worth it?
Are there any risks of longer-term issues that can arise due to the fitting of rear spacers, and can these be mitigated by using either of the smaller spacers?
