A look on the H&R website for this product here: http://www.trakplus.com/faq doesn't suggest any problem on track. The main thing is to use longer wheel bolts, which are properly torqued so that enough thread attaches to the hub. The spacer itself is just sandwiched between the wheel and the hub and isn't under load provided the hubcentric is a perfect fit to the wheel. Some wheels require a spigot ring to properly fit though: in the case of the Z3MC, the OEM rear wheels, only, require a spigot ring.
If you couldn't use spacers then nobody would be able to use KWV3 on track!
