Spacers fitted

looks loads better mate

Lowering next.?

Cheers Yorkie,
It would be nice to close the wheel arch gap a little but tbh I'm happy with how the car rides on the current SE suspension, and then there's the expense. Never say never though

Have you got standard springs on your Zed Marlon? I have on mine, at the moment. Ive held off on the spacers, as I think it highlights the ride height quite a lot.

Also if you have any side on photos with the spacers on, that would be cool. Looks great on the pics so far!

I had the same thought which got me always hesitant to install spacers for my SE ride.
However the results on your car Marlon seem better than expected so I may be tempted to give it a try now! And in the worst case, that will force me to buy new shocks & springs once for all :D

BTW, what size and brand did you get, Marlon?

Now that looks very nice Marlon.

Can I ask, will this affect your insurance as it's a mod?

Would they need to know is what I'm basically asking

My Zed is an SE so not the lower sports suspension. I prefer the ride in the SE - I found my previous Zed with sports suspension too hard. That said, the lower ride height on the sports suspension does look better. I will post up some side shots over the weekend so you can get an idea, but I think the spacer really help fill the wheel arch.

Cheers buddy. It does look far better with the spacers. Is there any arch rub that you have noticed?

Here's a couple of side shots you asked for:
There's no arch rub - one advantage of the SE suspension I guess :)

Looks much better Marlon, after seeing Stuarts, I'm thinking about doing the same.

Looking good Marlon.
Did you use locking wheel nuts with these? I take it the standard ones are too short to fit.
I suppose that poses the question, what do folks use when fitting spacers/wheels with different offset?

Thanks MACK.
The Spacers come with a set of non-locking longer wheel nuts.
