Spacer advice

changing my set up from. 255/30/19 19x19.5 jj to 255/35/18 18x8j , does the 12mm spacer need to go back on ?

Its down to the Et number or offset number

Should be stamped on the rear , should be around 35/45 with standard Z alloys being et50 rear et47 front .

The et number defines where the face of the wheel sits in relation to the wheel arch .
The lower the number the more the face moves away from the suspension .
The difference in your numbers above is 13mm hence no need for the spacers .

Going from et45 to et32 will take the rims out 13mm (I think) so I doubt you will need spacers.
 
13mm out on the rears isn't much tbh. They'll still look a little lost in the arches. If you want a nice wide look, you could go for 12mm spacers without an issue.
